Aureos Technical Solutions Limited (ATSL) is a leading provider of temporary works design, playing a pivotal role in delivering vital infrastructure projects across the UK. We specialise in decommissioning, design, construction, installation, and maintenance for key sectors such as Rail, Highways, and Energy.

 

As a Graduate Design Engineer, you’ll receive hands-on experience and comprehensive training under the guidance of a dedicated mentor. You will be supported by a team committed to your success and career progression.

 

During the two-year graduate programme, you will:

  • Develop your technical skills, including design activities, construction design in line with Rail Standards, and site surveys.
  • Build essential leadership and communication skills, such as presenting, leading teams, and problem-solving.
  • Gain exposure to a wide range of projects, with opportunities to get involved in sustainability through our exciting Sustainability Challenge, judged by our Senior Leadership Team.

We’re seeking graduates with a passion for engineering and a desire to make a difference. To apply, you should have:

  • A degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • A Full UK Driving License.
  • An understanding of CDM regulations and risk assessment processes.
  • Experience with Microstation and ProjectWise is desirable but not essential.
