Enerveo acquisition strengthens Aureos through Strategic

Aureos has welcomed more than 250 new colleagues following the acquisition of a portfolio of Enerveo contracts and assets. The new operation becomes part of Aureos under the Strategic Private Networks name, expanding the Group’s expertise and its ability to support projects across the UK and Ireland.
The team brings experience across power and utilities, public-sector projects, commercial and industrial sites, and regulated industries. Its capabilities include mechanical and electrical services, high-voltage engineering, testing and inspection, and energy-efficiency solutions.
Strategic Private Networks sits within Aureos alongside EnergyLine, AS Design and GA Construction. Together, these businesses strengthen the support Aureos offers throughout the project lifecycle, from design and construction to installation and ongoing maintenance.
