DCGL Joins Aureos, Strengthening Our Energy Delivery Capability

Aureos has welcomed Denton Contractors Groundworks Ltd (DCGL) to the business, adding specialist civil engineering, groundworks and electrical expertise to our energy offering.
Based in Reading, DCGL works in secure and regulated environments and has a strong track record of delivering projects for AWE, a nuclear technology company. It will retain its established identity and market reputation, operating as DCGL, an Aureos company.
The addition of DCGL strengthens our ability to deliver integrated energy projects across civil and electrical disciplines. It brings more specialist skills in-house, reduces reliance on subcontractors and supports a more joined-up service for customers.
The acquisition also builds on Aureos’s existing position at AWE through our Strategic Private Network work. Combining DCGL’s civil engineering and groundworks experience with our electrical and nuclear decommissioning services will broaden our multidisciplinary offer across the defence and civil nuclear sectors.
DCGL’s arrival is an important step for Aureos, strengthening what we can offer customers. Together, our teams will be well placed to take on complex, critical work while maintaining the safety, quality and service our customers expect.
