Aureos Acquires WhiteSpider
to Strengthen Digital Offering

Aureos has completed the acquisition of WhiteSpider Enterprise Services Limited, a leading digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence and IT services specialist, strengthening its capability to support critical infrastructure customers with integrated operational technology and enterprise IT solutions.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Leeds, WhiteSpider employs over 40 specialists with vast digital expertise spanning enterprise networking, Sovereign AI, on-premise solutions within UK controlled infrastructure, cyber security and cloud technologies. As an award winning team and a leading Cisco partner, the company designs, develops and operates digital solutions that help organisations maintain resilient operations, protect critical systems and meet demanding regulatory requirements.
WhiteSpider's capabilities, accreditations and intellectual property now sit within Aureos and are delivered in-house, rather than through partnership arrangements. For customers, this means a single accountable supplier across the operational technology and enterprise IT layers. One contract, one supply chain and one set of leading accreditations. This enables Aureos to provide enhanced and unique digital solutions for its energy, transportation and water customers as well as the opportunity to expand into other Critical National Infrastructure sectors.
