At Aureos, we offer a two-year graduate scheme dedicated to you and your development.
Our graduate programme is designed to support your career progression all the way through to professional qualification. From the outset, you'll take on responsibility for live projects, developing your skills and knowledge through structured training and guidance.
You’ll be supported by your line manager, a mentor, our early careers team, and many others committed to your development. This support continues right through to your professional qualification, with strong links to professional bodies including the ICE, IET, IMechE, PWI, APM, and RICS.
